15 2018 ANNUAL REPORT 2.6 Financial Statements In compliance with local law and Article 16 of MBE’s Articles of Association, we presented to the General Meeting of Shareholders the Financial Statements of the year 2018, together with the explanatory notes drawn up by the Management Board of MBE. We propose that the General Meeting of Shareholders approves the Financial Statements for the financial year 2018 together with the appropriation of the result, as recommended by the Management Board. We would like to recognize these efforts and thank them for all their accomplishments. The Supervisory Board looks forward to continuing the fruitful cooperation in 2019.
